Streamlining a Process
This client is a nationwide network of retirement planning consultants, and they have a standard series of questionnaires that they walk their clients through in order to determine where to start. They had been using a cumbersome process of fillable PDF forms and Word documents, which made auditing and analytics extremely difficult.
A Simple Solution
Our solution is a very simple and high performance NodeJS/Angular app that allows their representatives to quickly and easily fill out forms, with immediate visual scoring and suggestions for next steps for the client. Each submission is stored for future reference, and it also allows aggregate analytics to be performed to determine both individual and group performance over time.
